Have you lost someone and are feeling overwhelmed with grief? Loss of a loved one can have a significant and profound impact on our lives. It can be overwhelming and feel like the pain will never go away. I have extensive experience working with people dealing with grief and loss. Oftentimes talking with a counselor can help the grieving process by providing education about the grief process, normalizing grief reactions, and encouraging self-care. In addition, sometimes referrals to community grief support groups can be quite helpful.
