i offer free brief phone consultations for potential clients to help ensure a good therapist/client fit. therapy is a big commitment and i believe clients should be able to talk to potential therapists and get their questions answered and hopefully put them more at ease for their first appointment.
as a psychotherapist, i feel it is very important to provide clients with good customer service. this means, i always do my best to return phone calls within 24 hours, and if my schedule allows, the same day. It is also my practice to RETURN ALL PHONE CALLS AND EMAILS, EVEN IF I AM NOT CURRENTLY ACCEPTING NEW CLIENTS WHICH DOES HAPPEN FROM TIME TO TIME. I look forward to speaking with you soon!
