I offer non-judgmental, compassionate support in a client centered environment where you and your needs are the priority. I am an interactive therapist who works collaboratively with my clients to help identify your needs and goals and then help you on your path of growth and desired change. My focus is to maximize your existing strengths and internal resources as well as help you develop new skills to decrease inner conflict, improve your relationships and realize your innate potential. Please keep in mind that therapy is work, and sometimes it can be painful, but it can also be very rewarding and ultimately one of the best gifts you can give to yourself. I often joke with my clients that my job is actually to work myself out of a job.
