Fees/insurance
In keeping with my social work values, I have set my fees to be more affordable and consistent with insurance reimbursement rates because everyone deserves access to experienced, high quality, compassionate therapy services.
60-75 minute assessment (initial Appointment) $140
60 Minute Subsequent session $120
90 minute subsequent session $160
Flex Spending
Therapy sessions are covered by Flex spending accounts and You can pay with your FSA or HSA cards.
Insurance
At the present time, I ACCEPT private pay, HMSA, HMAA, UHA, Aetna, Optum (United Healthcare), Cigna, Tricare, lyra. Please Note I am no longer contracted with anthem blue cross as of 11/1/2023. If you are not sure if I am contracted with your specific plan I recommend you check your insurance company’s website for in network providers or calling the phone number on the back of your insurance card. many PPO’s will also provide coverage for out of network mental health treatment, but you will need to check your specific plan. I can provide you with what is referred to as a super bill which you can submit to your insurance provider to be reimbursed directly by them. If you are looking to be reimbursed by your insurance provider with an out of network mental health provider it is very important you call them prior to starting therapy to find out exactly what mental health services are covered and the reimbursement amount.
Payment
I accept cash, checks, Debit/credit cards INCLUDINg Hsa/fsa Via Square, paypal and venmo (private payment).
Cancellation Policy
I have a 24 hour notice cancellation policy with the exception of emergency situations on a case by case basis. If you cancel an appointment without 24 hours notice or are a no show for any reason, you will be responsible for A late cancel/no show fee of $60.
